Lyman's 48th shows Unique as the most accurate powder for both bullets. If you are going to be loading much cast lead, invest in the Lyman Reloading Handbook. You won't regret it.
As always, verify these with multiple sources, start low, work up watching carefully for excessive pressure signs and never exceed max loads.
