handi trigger guard replacement?

is there a metal replacement trigger guard for the plastic one on the handi's?

Nope.  :-\ H&R used to make them, but not for a long time, you might find someone that will sell one, but don't count on it, Toth made some, but don't any longer.

Since I just got done making a brass forend spacer I decided to try making a trigger guard from brass so they'd match.  Found a chunk today that'll work.  It's going to be a bit more of a task than the spacer was though...

any chance you can post some dimensions of your spacer?

I don't have a measured drawing and probably won't take the time to make one.  I used a factory spacer for reference and would recommend you measure the one on your Handi(s) if you are interested in making one of your own.

But... if it'll help any...

Width = 1.250"
Height = 1.200"
Depth = .750"
Radius of both concave cuts = 1.125"
Screw Holes = .750" OC
Receiver radius is centered on screw holes.
Barrel radius is centered on spacer and is approximately .474" deep
