My Grandpa told me a long time ago:

Choosing a political party is easy.

If you are for the rich people and big business be a Republican

If you are for the poor people and labor be a Democrat

thats what  my dad  taught  me too
i think  its  is very correct

the democrats  will gain  power  by making  more people POOR
the republicans will  build  a power  base by making  more people RICH

comparably  we ARE ALL RICH  NOW  compared to our forefathers

now ...CAN THE DEMOCRATS  create enough  depression and make you feel  LIKE A POOR VICTIM
when drugs are outlawed only out laws will have drugs
DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO STOP A DEMOCRAT
OBAMACARE....the biggest tax hike in the  history of mankind
free choice and equality  can't co-exist
AFTER THE LIBYAN COVER-UP... remind any  democrat voters ''they sat and  watched them die''...they  told help to ''stand down''

After the Gun Control fiasco in Colorado, any gun owner should be embarrassed to admit it.  With only one or two exceptions, they all voted for gun control despite overwhelming oposition from the voters.

Liberals did not get the Blacks the right to vote.   People like Al Gore Sr. tried ot block the civil rights acts.  It was the REpublicans voting as a block that got those laws passed.
It was Republicans that got the women the right ot vote with the democrats blocking it at every turn.
It was a Republican President that freed the Slaves.
It was  a Republican that started the EPA.
So please stop spreading lies.
Now my question for you is,
Why would you not want ot be a rebublican and be rich?
Why would you want to be a Democrat that continues to make more poor so they can represent them?

If you mean the election.......yep.  Not sure if the country is going to get over it.

If you mean in life nope, some lost 30 years ago and still can't get over  that. Seems its what  is coming out here.

I was not registered from the age I was able to vote in 1983, until recently. That said, I have never voted for a Democrat. I am now and seemingly always have been conservative. I have been told that I did vote for Clinton by default, because I threw my hat in the ring for Perot, twice. Anyway, 10 or 12 years ago, I registered Republican so I could take part in primaries.  I can't believe people would actually vote Democrat because the ideology of that party is just way too radical in my view. That is not the same party as it was when my Grandpa from Tennessee voted for them. I trully believe that party has been taken over by communists. To me, this two party system has screwed up the country. If we got rid of any "R" or "D" label, we would be able to choose a person based on their own charactor and beliefs. Instead, what we are forcefed, is an establishment candidate for a party instead of our Country. I am sick and tired of arguing with Democrats who tell me that they will always vote for whoever the "D" party says, because the party always has their best interest in mind. Even if they were told to vote for the "Devil" himself. I can't say that I've run into any Repuclican with those same views.

i  like the'' D''  or ''R''  label

the D  tells  me he is a communist  or works closely with them

the R  tells  me he is ''probly''  OK  because the folks  he works with are

we just need to work  on the mccains  and a few others

the communist have hi-jacked the democrats
and the TEA  need to hi-jack the republicans.....only way to defeat the dems and rinos

CDQ, I'm not so sure that we don't have a single party here in the USA.  Only our single party has two heads like the KHIMAIRA of Greek mythology.

Both parties seem hell bent on destroying our country right now, they are just going about it from different angles.

fast train to socialism  OR
the slow train to socialism

one  IS OBVIOUS  the other  will sneak up on us

but  it is easyer to stop the slow train
as the democrats will bring us to socialism or a train wreck

What have the lefties done for the poor.
They have been promising 40 acers and a mule since the late 1800's and have never ever come though with any promise.  the only thing they have done is create more working poor.  Raising taxes only raises prices and that just makes the poor, poorer
as it takes away their disposable income.  With out disposable income they can not save, invest, move or go to school or send their kids to school.

It is a shame that the Left will not educate themselves and instead think they know everything.  It is a shame that the general population and the media will not educate themselves and see what damage the left is doing to our economy and our freedoms.
I do not like have one more freedom than a chineese pesant.  I wish the communists and the egotists would leave me alone.  I wish that congress would make more out of making States and federal law enforcement enforce the laws that have been written rather than making more laws that eventually will not matter.  I find it an insult that we are talking about equality and we have people on the left writting laws that exclude certain people from laws.
And finally I wish the Chineese pesants had as many choices as we do,  I think capitalism and Democracy / Republic are the best forms of government and I hope one day both the Chineese and the USA will see the harm that Socialism / Communism has caused and we laugh at the communists and we line them up infront of a ditch to catch bullets like they have done to MILLIONS around the world.

I agree on the Republic being the best form of Government in an imperfect world, but lining (ANYONE) up against a ditch to catch bullets is what has led to where we are now. How about changing minds by example (Like we use to do here in the USofA, instead of bullets? ;)
Freedom Of Speech.....Once we lose it, every other freedom will follow.
