I have just two. My newest Huntsman and my old and trusty T/C .50 Hawkens. I like the Huntsman but the T/C is still my favorite. Sometimes I even carry it during firearm season and it has taken more deer than all my other guns combine.

:D Hello, just started browsing the ML forum......after spending much time in the centerfire, shotgun, &  rimfire forums.....
I spent time building my Hopkins & Allen Underhammer , 50 cal. before hooking up with this and the old forums......
I have picked up (and put back down) the Huntsman 50 cal, not sure if I wanted to get involved in another ML. Does the Huntsman generally shoot as well as this?
I DO love to hunt with my Tracker II slug gun, mostly for its weight......

That's some fine shootin' for sure, offhand35! I have always ben intrigued by those underhammers, but have never shot one.

The Huntsman is capable of shooting groups like that at 50yds for sure, just not sure if anyones done it with open sights though. I have some close to that with the aide of a scope, so its capable in the right hands such as yours.

I have heard that the new Huntsman barrels are being returned with the new Williams Fire-Sights instead of the junk plastic ones. It's about time!

My SS Huntsman likes everything I have ever shot out of it, from 220 grain Sabots to 460 grain No Excuses Conicals.
