Sportster .22 mag conversion to 5mm

Has anyone here ever converted a .22mag Sportster to a Rem 5mm??

How would that be done?  The 5mm mag has a .204" bore and the .22 mag has a .224? bore?

I think a stub as Larry did would be the way to do it, does anyone even make a .172" liner, Track doesn't list em? Wayne does liners, but .224" is the smallest he does.
