Colorado Has Passed all but two of their proposed Gun Laws
« on: March 12, 2013, 04:04:06 PM »
Well they did it..and everyone said it could not be done.
They are sending two of the propsals back to be redone and when they come back they will pass those as well.
That has happened it a "GUN LOVERS STATE" where the outdoor life and hunting were king.
Well this definately should send chills up all the pro gun peoples spine. Unbelieveable to say the least.
Make no mistake they are coming and they are going to get your guns next.

I officially retired the first time in 1991 and took up traveling. Colorado was one of my first stops. Ever native person I chatted with complained about the complete crap moving in from kalifornia. Looks like the population has apparently been diluted enough that the flakes from Kali has finally overcome the locals. Unfortunately I see the same thing happening here in Texas. The freakin crap from Kali is moving here by the bus load and bringing their stupidity with them. I personally think here should be a bounty on them. But given enough time, our current law makers are implementing laws that limits the Feds and restrictions concerning gun ownership. Will it last? I really doubt it but maybe this will go away long enough that it won't matter to me if I'm growing daisies.

While I agree that Colorado has been Kalifornicated I doubt it's due to the sheer number of immigrants from that state, rather I think it's the total population increase regardless of where they may come from. The front range is now pretty much one continuous strip city from north of Ft. Collins to south of Pueblo. City people now far outnumber rural folks. City people represent a high proportion of  fearful folks who don't even think of defending themselves but trust the "authorities" to keep them safe. Rural folks have always understood that you are on your own and had better be able to take care of you and yours. All the logical arguments in the world, all of the statistics proving guns in the hands of law abiding citizens enhance public safety are meaningless to fearful people, hysteria carries the day.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.
