I just bought a model 43 that someone drille dand tapped. Is there any one who fixes these hole and re-blues the gun?

Bluedog6, IMHO I would just put plug screws in the holes and call it good.  I know there are people who would weld up the holes, maybe with TIG, but I'm not fond of welding on receivers.  GW

I would agree with goatwhiskers. It may be possible to weld the holes up and then refinish but one may also be wise to re-heat treat the action. While this may be possible the cost will be prohibitive.. Cheaper by far to simply find an untapped rifle and buy it. I wouldn't  worry just scope that little jewel and shoot it, a lot!
