All our forefathers work at eradication wipped out
« on: March 14, 2013, 07:43:28 AM »
Congress wants to expand Wolves through out the lower 48.  Our forefathers realized Wolves and man can not live togeather peacefully.  Wolves will kill and eat children, and women, if given the chance.

There is a ban on killing alligators in most states unless you have a permit. Aligators sink if you shoot them in the right place plus you can eat much of the evidence. People don't allow something that will take their property, and much less their children, walk around, around here. ear

I totally agree, it seems to me that we've gotten along just fine without wolves for the past hundred years or so, and the wolves they are "reintroducing" here in the Rockies never were native. The new Canadian Grey Wolf is a much larger and more aggressive species than the native Rocky Mountain Timber Wolf and the Canadian wolves have wiped out the last of the native timber wolves.
I recently visited a wolf sanctuary here in Colorado. They take in wolf and wolf/dogs from people who thought it would be cool to have a pet wolf and learned it wasn't really so much fun after all. It's a good enough cause I guess. We were met by the guy in charge who spoke briefly before turning us over to one of the hippy chick volunteers. Speaking to my friend's 8 year old daughter he said "you've probably heard that wolves are dangerous and that they kill people, well that is not true, wolves have never killed people."  I didn't feel it was my place to call the guy on his BS but it sure didn't make a favorable impression that the very first words out of his mouth were a bald faced lie.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.

I know many people that shoot and trap them in season.  Good hides bring from 250 to 600 dollars.  Out of season they shoot them and leave them lay, unless they have a collar.  If there is a collar.  The collar is put on a piece of drift wood and sent down the river.

Had a trapper this week tell me when he catches a collared wolf he checks to see who the collar belongs to.  If it's state he turns it in to ADF&G.  If it's the Feds collar he puts it on the front of his sno-go and runs around till spring.  Then he throws it on some drift wood in the river and lets it head for Nome.

About 2 million wolves once lived in much of North America but were all but wiped out in the lower 48 states by the mid-1900s. The areas where they have recovered represent only 5 percent of their original range, said Noah Greenwald of the Center for Biological Diversity.

Center for biological diversity  ::)  is  that like NAACP for wolves.  :o .....Lord save us from fools. These guys live in the city. They wanna hear and want us to hear wolves again. Nooooooooo! I like to see him hearing wolves at night in the dark with a single shot rifle to keep him company.
