Machine shops usually won't make you rich but do provide a nice living for a good machinist. Still I would bet a building would be more useful and the tools would not cost that much as individual items. The military needed portability, a gunsmith not so much. Better to be able to stand and move about the shop.. Still pretty neat!! Price is also negotiable!!

You could be really mobile.  Maybe a  traveling gun show gunsmith kinda thing.  Heck the 12 kw generator is worth 5 k by itself, assuming its diesel .  Be interesting to look at.  I'd have to keep it at your house though !  8)
