Assuming you mean the 200 gr. 40 / 45s, they shot 1-3/4" area in a G2-- 90 gr. T7.

Yes...I've tried them in an Omega .45 and a Disc Elite .45.  The 200gr SST shoots particularly good in my Omega .45 with two Pyrodex pellets for 2023fps.

I have shot the 200 grain .40/.50 Shockwaves in my Disc Elite with excellent results. It is the best shooter so far. I assume MMP makes the blue sabot used in this loading. I do not think Hornady markets the SST in a .40/.50. At least I haven't been able to find any info. on it. Oh well, if I have to shoot a yellow poly tip rather than a red one, I can live with that. I have received some info that there is a difference in the sabots of the .45/.50 Shockwaves vs. SST's.

I would like to see Hornady sell the SST's in bulk and let the masses purchase their sabots in bulk as well. Too cheap that way I guess.

I called Hornady a couple months ago, and one of the questions asked
was about packaging in boxes of a hundred, like most of their other
bullets. They are considering it, but if they go ahead with it, they won't
be available until fall, or just before.
We need to change our politicians
like we do dirty diapers.............
for the same reason.
