yes it is... I hope to have complete control of the server within a few hours. Once I am able to get control back then I can finish restoring everything.

I dunno, makes ya wonder tho,  first the site is hacked, now the spammers are hitting registration hard, I've deleted over 50 of em this afternoon.  ::)

In the past few days, my email account attached to my GBO account has been hit with new and unexplained spams... it may be coincidence, but I wonder if others have experienced this? Maybe our email addresses have been compromised...?

after reading this I checked my Email, Yep I have an email from a "dhl courier service" saying if I contact them and give them information I will get an outstanding compensation payment of $2.8 million dollars IF I send them $95 dollars for delivery of the check.  Check from the "United Nations Human Settlement Programme" No Less

My e-mail account got hacked three weeks ago by someone in Masidonia.  They got into my address book and sent spam out to everyone in my contacts list.  The Alaska Dept Of Fish and Game got flooded, since I have all their addresses.  Most private people had spyware or firewalls that stopped it.  But not the State.  I got some irrate calls.

I was on line when it happened, and we got it stopped in about two minutes.  But in those two minutes a lot of damage was done.  They had hacked into Yahoo and somehow managed to get my login and password.  Then logged into my account using my password.

Dunno, how's your browser set for handling cookies? Do you check the box to always stay logged in? If so, you may need to log out, clear the browser's internet cache, make sure the privacy policy is set to accept 1st party cookies, then log in. I have had no problems staying logged in.  ???

Data base and personal information wasn't hacked, just the server, Matt spent all night reinstalling all the programs the site runs on.
