So im curious, if you are a dealer are you allowed to sell any handgun that holds more than 7 rounds after April 15th??? what are you supposed to do with any inventory left over?

I couldn't say but were it me I'd move to another state where the Constitution still means something!

That technicallity has been amended so that pistols with 'standard' magazine capacities of more than 7 rounds can still be sold, but you can load only 7 rounds into those magazines according to the law.  This is one of the provisions that idiot fascist governor has said he will not budge on, but this is also the basis for a lawsuit against the law, based on the 14th Amendments Equal Protection Act.
