I started out with the Lee 425-255 RF when I got my Redhawk in 45 Colt. At the time it was all I had other than a 230gr RN mold for my ACP. With straight WW's, sized to .452 and lubed with 45/45/10, they will shoot tighter than I can hold for sure out to 50yds.
I have since picked up a couple of the MP molds and have been working hard on them when I have the time. With the hog hunting we do on such a regular basis I just had to have something with a HP and the Lyman one hole just wasn't going to cut it.
Keep up the good work. Maybe I'll get with you on some loads later on to compare. I'm taking some of the MP 270 SAA HP's out this weekend to see if they preform as well as the last ones did. Hopefully I will be able to find a cooperative hog to try one out on.
