Been to NF a few times for both moose and 'bou . You would do well to check out Moose Valley Outfitters. A great family run outfit. They get alot of repeat hunters so start talking to then early. A hunt up there for moose has a real high success rate but except for a few cases you looking at a meat hunt not a trophy hunt .
Also be ready to do some walking in some pretty rough areas at those fly in camps. Those tundras and the "tuckamore" can be a deceiving.
Those camps that are not a fly in camp, most of the time are road hunts, one guide ,two hunters riding around in a truck.
Do you homework early, ask a lot of questions, get a list of last years hunters and talk to as many as you can . Don't just talk to one or two they give you and you'll have a good hunt and a good time.
NF is as great place to get a hunt at a reasonable price now when compaired to those in western Canada.
