I recently purchased a browning 1911 22lr .I have a problem with fail to feed.They stick at an angle in the chamber.I have tried numerous ammo makers.Just wondered if anyone has any tips.

I have zero problems with mine.
It sounds like a magazine issue. You should have a spare mag for an autopistol anyway...if you can find one.

Is that also when you have taken your shot and the empty fails to extract? Next one in line has no chamber to get into and 'stands up'.

I am going to guess magazine issue as well. I would try another magazine if possible. A slight imperfection in the mag feed lips can cause this. Experimenting with different bullet profiles may also help.
