The 1 in 7 twist is good , shoot 115 gr bullets or 208 gr bullets. It's an interesting round but with heavy bullets you are restricted to room for powder. In a bolt gun no problem but in an AR you will need to find a load that will work your action .
With the lack of powders on the shelf and same for bullets it has been hard to try a lot of loads. As example with Nosler 200 gr. bullets ( I have no printed load so I use a different bullet load reduce and work up) I can't get min. powder (A1680) loads in the case and seat bullet deep enough to chamber in a Rem 700. I hope H110 will work when some come around. In an AR it would be more critical. Drop back to subsonic and it works.
Factory loads come in sub and super sonic $20 - 25 a box of 20. Both BO and whisper are hard to find here and when you do you are allowed 2 boxes.
I only point that out because it might be hard to load of find the ammo you want and the faster rate lest you have more selection.
As for the round , its nice It's everything the 30 carbine should have been.
