WH Cancels Jewish Heritage Month Reception 04/11/13
Obama has cut the Easter Egg Roll and now Jewish Heritage Month because of the sequester. He did not cut his personal vacations and parties at the White House. Do you see a trend?
JTA Reported:

The White House will not hold a Jewish History Month event this year because of the sequester.
A White House official confirmed to JTA that the reception, which usually takes place toward the end of May, would not take place this year because of the congressionally mandated across-the-board budget cuts that kicked in last month.
Congress passed legislation creating Jewish American Heritage Month in 2006, and President Obama hosted the first reception commemorating the month in 2010.
Jewish invitees usually include luminaries in the arts, sports and sciences, lawmakers, armed services personnel and the Israeli ambassador, as well as organizational leaders and political supporters of the president.

White House Dossier on the parties not being cut.

The celebration of St. Patrick’s Day last month included an East Room bash with hundreds of guests and a separate breakfast party at the vice president’s residence.
Tuesday, the Obamas took in an exclusive viewing in the White House theater of the movie “42,” which chronicles the life of Jackie Robinson, with the film’s cast and crew. Earlier, in the day, Michelle hosted a “42 Film Workshop” for kids in the State Dining Room that featured Harrison Ford.
Obama even got in a reception for the Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings and major league soccer champs LA Galaxy on March 26. And there’s money around to transport him to the golf links, where he traveled by motorcade last weekend.
Next Tuesday, the Obamas will be treated to a command East Room performance “celebrating” Memphis soul music, with performances by stars like Justin Timberlake and Queen Latifah.

Interesting that it is OK and God's Will according to some that the Israelis are perfectly within their Right to clean out all the Pali's from their home land but it was absolutely wrong for Hitler to remove the Jews from Germany. BTW Nobody else wanted them, Germany would have provided transport or payed to have them resettle somewhere else.

IMO Have any and all of these heritage celebrations honored in the WH or N O N E !

Most of these heritage/cultural reminders tend to fracture and divide a country.. Celebrate at home if you must.

God was very clear as to ownership of that land and then some, and was specific on its boundries. If one such as BBF doesn't know that, then he is in disagreement with God, not me. At least on this issue.

Well now, if old man Moses would not have smashed those two tablets he got supposedly written on by God himself and we had a look/see at it and the carving on 'em wasn't done with a time period chisel and hammer set I might reconsider my opinion.
I would expect to see that lettering to by done by some means that affected the molecular structure of the rock. On the other hand if you believe in Ancient Aliens they could have done a fine job with the chiseling as well.
Again you are trying to proof something by itself that requires proof besides hearsay to be authentic in content.

Faith has got nothing to do with a Land/Real Estate Deal. Re the Hammer& Chisel,..........that is precisely my point. Those tablets were supposedly given and written upon by God. It doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to come up with the conclusion that God wanted the Jews to have it. So Moses lost his cool and because of that the world may have lost the only written words inscribed by God himself.
