Where the shells that had pierced primers reloads or factory . If they were handloads change to a different brand , try Winchester or CCI. Check the firing pin for damage and also how far it protrudes when the back end of the pin is flush with the breech block face, it should not be anymore than the thickness of a penny about .055 . Also todays factory loads are quite hot loaded for the early rolling blocks and there firing pin tip diameter and the hole thru the breechblock may be enlarged.
