Todays Wall Street Journal - Opinion Page
« on: April 18, 2013, 03:06:49 PM »

If you get a chance to see today's Wall Street Journal, flip over to the Opinion page.  There in the center of the page is a great op ed piece, short and simple, totally trashing O'Bama and the liberal Democrats over their recent gun control bill and their attempts to get more restrictions passed.  In one portion, the piece says that the Democrats honestly thought that they could parly the recent school shooting tragedy into the passsage of a liberal wish list for more and more gun legislation.  They overextended their hand and misread the public.   The Democrats control the Senate, and it was a grouped of Democratic Senators who voted against the bill and killed it.  So much, it says, for the first great liberal effort of the second term of O'Bama's presidency!   He wasted four month of time.

Nice to see this in a newspaper of this reputation and quality.

When a big number of people finally realize that they have been fooled they sometimes strike back viciously, sometimes. We can always hope. ear

I wonder if the union realizes that word also could be used to describe the administration they helped to elect?
