Can anyone give me some background on 10" Octagon, non marked, non chambered TC Contender barrels? I picked up three at a Gun Show that are obviously TC made but not chambered.
One has been chambered (By a reputable local gunsmith) in 25-20, another in 32-20, and one in 25-35. They have the oval style rear sights and snap on forend studs.
I "kinda" remember seeing/hearing about these back in the 70's but the details are really fuzzy.
