Max brass!
« on: April 21, 2013, 11:15:01 PM »
Finally scored some more max brass. Found a post on clist for 427 cases most of them new for 150$ with a set of max only rcbs dies. Then the guy threw in a bunch of .30 herret brass and saved my fingers some grief! Just thought I'd gloat  :)
I hate when i miss. But when I do, I can always come up with a reason why.

Yeah but of course the wife raised an eyebrow. Taught her a little too much. You know it's bad when she asks what gun its for and then yells "you don't need that much brass for a single shot!''  :o  What have I done? :(

Just tell her it's money in the bank.

Yeah she understands most times. The bad one was trying to convince her that my ole 11-87 didn't shoot fast enough. got the eyebrow pretty hard on that deal.

I just walked in to my LGS and bought 500 Max brass, 500 H 200 FTX and 500 H 180 SSP's and there seemed to be no shortage here... The small rifle primers have dried up though... Found 5K of the SR Mag primers... They should work fine in the Max.
