While posing that the “Tea Party Congress” was holding children’s birthday parties and comedians hostage, Johnson said he supported for the Responsible Helium Administration and Stewardship Act of 2013. Are you serious?

  Now; you guys just don't understand congress at all..
      Old Hank just wants to save helium balloons...so in case of emergency, they can attach about 45,000,000,000 of those balloons on the lower shore of Guam.  Perhaps that way, they could delay the "tipover" until everyone could evacuate the island.. ;) ;D ;D
