The KGB had a reason right or wrong it was what they did, like with our own CIA.  Obama is just plain paranoid. He probably spies on his own shadow because its following him to closely.

Paranoia..does that explain his personal staff of "food tasters"?

  In just the last few days we learned about;

 A) the sacrifice of the straff in Benghazi.

 B) Demotion of those Americans who were in Benghazi and disagreed with the Obama "talking points".

 C) The silencing of witnesses to the Benghazi action.

 D) The alleged sacrifife of SEAL team #6, in Afghanistan.

 E) Use of the IRS to "punish" patriots, small govt advocates and groups who stress personal freedom.

 F) Spying on average citizens on the internet.

 G) Spyiong on Associated Press reporters..even their personal phones

When do we get to the point where we can all agree that "enough is enough" ?

We'll never all agree, but for me that point was reached in January of 2009.

I absolutely love this latest scandal (Justice Dept caught tracking phone calls of numerous reporters and office of Associated Press)!

Finally, the liberal left-wing Democratic press, who simply love Obama to death and virtually handed him the White House, are stunned at his incompetence and the intentional violations of Freedom of the Press, up close and personal, by Eric Holder and the Justice Department.

"Hey waita-minute.  He wasn't suppose to do bad stuff to us.  Just those terrible right wing conservatives!  What'dya mean the Government was tracking my personal phone calls!   I'm a member of the Press.  I'm special.  This is an outrage!"

I really think that this may be the end of the practical effectiveness of the President and his Administration

Obama has conducted himself as President in exactly the manner that any reasonable person would have expected :   A two year junior Senator who never had a real job in his life.

Federal Statute 1984 grants to citizens the right to sue the federal government for actual and punitive damages for violation of their Constitutional rights.   I am very hopeful that the Associated Press, and its individual reporters, will sue the crp out of the federal officials and the federal government over this.  I sure would.   Best of all, it was not accidental.  It was intentional!  And they will be able to file the suit directly against Holder.

And standing on the sidelines, cheering on the reporters, will be none other than the American Civil Liberties Union.

Wish I could believe that. I'm betting they will be amazingly like big foot! NOT Available!

Nope, the American Civil Liberties Union has already issued a statement, saying that they are deeply concerned by this fundamental violation of Freedom of the Press, and demanding more information.  At a minimum, I think that Obama is going to demand Eric Holder's resignation.

LOL, Even before I got to Oldshooters' comment I was thinking exactly the same thing! Barry has a coat of Teflon so thick, NOTHING will stick to him.

If push comes to shove,  Barry will throw Holder under the bus!  Then barry will make big speeches how he was duped, but he alone "fixed it"

If they can't shovel enough lies to cover Bengaize and it looks like a criminal charge is pending, the justice department will have an arrest warrant served on Hillary; toot sweet! She goes to prison while Barry congratulates himself on TV for punishing "a criminal"!

If you want justice from public officials, don't look to the ACLU..sure, once in a while they hit on an acorn..but when RIGHT counts, usually they are AWOL.
If you really want justice..look to the ACLJ..the ACLU's virtual anthesis.      http://aclj.org/

When our 2nd amendment was threatened..where was the ACLU ?

The ACLJ was there filing an amicus brief..fighting for our constitution.

Here are more cases the ACLJ is fighting on:   http://aclj.org/ContentSearch?q=2nd+amendment&t=JusticeFile%2CLegalDoc%2CDocketBlogPost%2CPetition%2CRadioShow%2CPressRelease%2CMediaMention%2CVideo%2CFAQ&x=4&y=6

If you want to support freedom and the constitution..you can always support the ACLJ..I do..

I truly hope that Obama gets what's coming to him, but I'm pretty sure it won't happen.  He can stall, obfuscate, lie, diddle and go on a world tour for the next three years.  I think he most likely will go into full campaign mode in the attempt to win the House next year.  Actually I guess that's exactly what he has been doing all along.

I would look for a "come to Jesus" meeting with the Clintons and maybe throw Jesse Jerkson in for good measure.

Impeach him! He is a lair, a thief and traitor to the American people.
Lets see what the leftist have in order over the next couple of days as they work the messaging on all the scandals to shift this somehow to the Republicans. They can do this very easy because the leftist media will come to help carry the messaging.

magooch is spot on!..  It really pissed him off that they lost the first "Universal Background Check" vote.  You can bet your arse that they will pull out all the stops to win Dem seats in the House in 2014.

We just need to be prepared to do what ever is needed to make sure that doesn't happen.  The only way we can win this thing in the long run is by controlling the Senate and the House.
