Who is willing to "man up"?
« on: May 18, 2013, 04:22:53 AM »
With the attempted gun grab by Obama, the enslaving"Obamacare", the Benghazi affair, the IRS scandal , the abandonment of Americans and helpful foreigners held in Muslim prisons, and a myriad of other scandalous games..

Is there ANY person who voted for Obama, who is willing to say.."I guess you conservatives were correct, after all!"..?

Of course not.  They will redouble their efforts at blaming everything on GWB.  In fact, they already have.

That is a silly question my friend! ;D  Most of his brain dead supporters would follow him right into the abyss and still scream he is right and just as they fall to their doom.

"Fallacious arguments usually have the deceptive appearance of being good arguments." Recognizing fallacies in everyday arguments may be difficult since arguments are often embedded in rhetorical patterns that obscure the logical connections between statements. Informal fallacies may also exploit the emotional, intellectual, or psychological weaknesses of the audience. Having the capability to recognize fallacies in arguments is one way to reduce the likelihood of such occurrences.

Not trolling at all NW.  I honestly figured after the last 3-4  weeks events, that some may be ready to admit what we have installed in the seats of government, and take that chance to shed them..  It seems that Fast & Furious and Obamacare would be enough to sour a constitutionally minded person on the Chicago thugs already, say nothing about their more recent actions.
Were it something committed by one I helped to elect, I would at the least be condemning, if not joining in the voices demanding their resignation.

..But that's OK ..so far I have my answer to the question..

I think one of the "definitions" some here should "look up", would be "conservative", cause most claimin it, AIN'T. If they were, they wouldn't have voted for the other socialist that ran against our current executive in chief.

I'm your Huckleberry.

As a lifetime-registered Republican in good standing, I voted for Obama in 2008.  I'm fortunate to live in a precinct that allows write-in candidates for every elected office.  I wholeheartedly supported Barrack Obama for one of the two local County Supervisor seats. Likewise, I wholeheartedly supported John McCain for one of the two local Community College Board of Trustees seats.

So - "I guess you conservatives were correct after all..." - they were both losers.

BTW, who did YOU vote for in 2012?

Anybody ready to "girl up"?

Yea, I will "girl up".
I voted for Mitt.
It was either him or THE LIAR because they were the only two that got on the ticket.
I wanted to vote third party but they didn't get registered in time in VA to get on the ballot.
I dang sure didn't want 4 more of what we had so I had to vote the lessor or not vote at all and I will never not vote!!!

Well, it sure wasn't Obama..  After the financial leach bed he put us into during his first term, I figured we needed somebody who knows  FINANCE and BUSINESS... especially from some other training manual than "Das Kapital"..
When a man has made a practice of taking failing ventures and pulling most of them back into the black.. and run the only financially sound Olympic Games in modern history... I figured he had a much better chance of  salvaging our economy, than the molst militant of "community organizers".  Although I would rather had Santorum, Cain. Bachmann or Gingrich. ...I voted for ROMNEY because he at least gave us hope of getting back to solvency..a task at which Obama is hopeless.

Please clarify..Perhaps I missed it....but did you "girl up" and admit the vote for Obama was a mistake ?  If so, congratulations!!

I'll go so far as to say I'm disappointed in Obama. I thought I was voting for a LIBERAL, not some centrist compromiser who ultimately ends up just giving in to the right. I voted for him to do ONE thing: go to Washington and kick the righty's @$$es. So, yeah, I'M disappointed, but he's still better than any of the righty lunatics that were running.

OK he said he wasn't worried about keeping white construction workers on the job. So far he has been true to his word. That said most who understand the economy understand other than the military construction is the largest consumer of goods and services. So if one wanted to put the country to work they would stimulate construction. He tried to stimulate the auto industry but with out construction companies buying trucks and workers buying vehicles to use to get to work it was short lived. So can one assume his discrimination toward white construction workers was not only illegal possibly but also responsible for the slow recovery ?

i truly do not understand why ANYONE voted for:

massive tax increases

massive intrusive governmental intrusions into our personal lives.

governmental takeover of health care, housing and many private sector businesses

LESS homeland security at more cost

more freedom losses, such as limiting of firearms rights, granting illegal immigrants privileges and benefits that should be for american citizens only.

attacking freedom of religion, attacking freedom of the press

undermining the military

i could go on...

obama announced he was going to "Fundamentally change America"...he also said, and i quote: "We live in the greatest country in the world...now...come help me change it..."

you know what? he was right...we are rapidly becoming another third world nation...

those on the left need to hang their heads in shame for supporting such an incompetent, deceitful, wannabe so-called "President"...he is a national disgrace.

don't squat while wearing your spurs...will rogers
