Yes, the Chicago mob says the illegal IRS abuse was perpetrated by a couple very low level clerks in the Cincinati office!
 
      If that is true..how is it a couple low-level clerks in Cincinati were able to harass some Tea Parties with the IRS... but also able to sic the FBI and the ATF onto the same people?  http://reason.com/24-7/2013/05/16/conservative-group-claims-harassment-by
