It looks like there have been three sets of questionable activities, followed by three corresponding cover-ups. What do you think will happen? I can't remember the last time we had this many solid scandals tied directly to a presidential administration.

The polls still show his approval rating at almost 53%, so apparently he's Teflon coated.

The news media has sprayed Obama with Pam. Nothing will stick to him. We have finally reached a point of no return in this country. Half is liberal, and the ones claiming to be conservative, aren't, and don't know it.

Fifty percent of the people can't even name the vice president and the people who voted for Osama still think that everything that goes in the ditch is George Bush's fault.  The  commune organizer will not really take responsibility for anything and he'll get away with it.

The key predicted effect of these scandals is not that they will cause the Dems to turn on Obama.  (They never will.)  Rather, the Republicans hope it will galvanize the conservatives and many independents to go to the polls in the next Congressional election and vote Republican, thereby giving the Republicans more seats in the Senate and House.

In the meantime, the scandals and all of the spins and investigations will keep Obama too busy to forcefully push any more key bills through Congress, and will cause the conservative western Democrats (who voted against the Gun bill) to further distance themselves from Obama and split the party.

One key bill that may get passed, though, is a comprehensive new Immigration Bill, because Paul Ryan has reached across the aisle and is working with the more moderate Democrats to craft the terms.  Frankly, I think this is a good idea.   We desperately need a new Immigration Bill, and I would like to see Ryan get credit for it in the Hispanic community, thereby attracting their 10 million votes in the next Presidential election.

This is funny! I was reading the title and thinking that barry is teflon coated and sprayed with pam and protected by the media and liberal guilt. Then I read down and see that all that has been mentioned. Nuff said! next thread please.

No way is the first black president gonna be touched! All we can hope for is that some people in this country will get their heads comletely out of their behinds and see this regime for what it is. And get out and vote in the midterm and put some non democrats in office to put the brakes on this assclown.

There used to be a TV program called "The Equalizer".  I think that was the name of it.  It was about a man (English accent) who went around making right some of the things occurring in society that needed "fixing".  We, the people need to hire a guy like that, or create an organization with similar goals to correct some of the happenings in politics that need "fixing".  It is pure folly to think Congress is going to "fix" Eric Holder's gun running scheme, the Benghazi misconduct, congress trying to infringe on our rights, the AP intrusion, the IRS targeting conservatives, and the Supreme Corrupt telling us that health insurance is a "tax" for cripes sake!  I think we need to recreate justice at an undeniable grass-roots level.  It might just catch on.
Vote them all out, EVERY election!

Sure we did.  We had the Iraq war, the wardrobe malfunction with Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson, and the whole lipsync thing with Millie Vanilli.

That was some serious stuff.  It should have taken Obama DOWN, then and there.  But it didn't.  So don't hold your breath.  Barry is like a master ninja.  Watch and learn.  But don't blink, because he's already gone.  Totally unscathed.

If we can flip the senate (w/REAL Conservatives not Rinos) and gain more seats in the house, Barry will be effectively hobbled.

We need to hand Hillary to the voters as the fiend of Bengazi and keep that front & center until 2016.

Sadly, the 47%'s don't and never will care about integrity. As long as they get their taxpayer-provided benefit check, they will vote for the dole providers.

Sure it will be bad for Obama. But, only to the people that care. With the exception of a couple, we're speaking to the choir here. The women, blacks, hispanics, liberals, will not give a crap. Hey, just another news story, lets turn on Oprah,The View,DWTS, whatever. The regular news media will cover this, but not like if it was a conservative one. They will not get tough, and really push the hard questions. Bunch of fluff. gypsyman

Sorry folks, you won't be able to get rid of amerikas first black president so easily.  I don't care what color the s__t is, it won't stick to him, but it may de-flavor the coffee for the next democrap, who would be hillary; but then and again, if this country elected a half black, half amerikan to the white house the same stupid people will surely return the sainted hillary (scorned woman that she is to all the psalm singing hand wringing women and blacks, and hispanics and indians out there who think she deserves the white house after being martyred by bill and monika) to the white house.

I think our only chance is to go after the entire democraptic party rather than one of their sainted martyrs, and that could work.  Also, on a national basis but state by state, villifying those dems in power who have stepped on the people might also work and I think anyone who fostered civilian disarmament and restrictions should be easy targets.

I think we also need to work over the media, like work over their editors when they leave the building, work over their living room windows when they are at home trying to find solace from the crowds that gather in front of their homes to protest their blanket glad handing coverage of the white house and all the crap it spews.  You know, we can't really get to the pres or to governors except by protest and it has to be massive protests at that, but we can really punish the newspapers and their editors for the lies and cover-ups.  Face it, how many newspaper editors in nyc or chicago or la or sf have paid the price of being burned out or run out of town for the lies and cover-ups they have penned.  Hey, we're fighting the wrong people - not to many bob woodwards will continue to write from secret underground offices if the newspapers don't have any way to print this crap.  You can be the biggest news reporter in the western world, but if every newspaper you sell your lies to gets burned out every time they print your crap it will not be too long before they can no longer print it.  It used to be that the trucks delivering newspapers to the corner shops would be forced over and their contents trashed, and too much newspaper is a fire trap.

I don't think it is so much of what they have done no matter how bad it is, as it is what we have not done; and when injustice rules, there can be no peace.  Our protests are always peaceful.  One of the last protests in Albany ny over king kwomo's gun law made a muddy field out of the laws surrounding the capitol building and the office of general services groused about how much it would cost to repair them.  Maybe if the capitol building had gone up in flames they wouldn't have been so concerned about a damned lawn.  I think the next time a large protest rally gets scheduled it should include the plan to leave a major impression on the politicians - like they have to run for their lives from a massie crowd that wants them hung up, and not in effigy...... imo.

I live in a town that has a voting population of 2,700. Yep! It's little. This month we had a City Council election with three candidates running, for two seats on the City Council. 104 people voted, while 2,700 registered voters complain.
This is just a single "snap shot" of the American voter.

The only people who care are the minority that already don't like Obama. To everyone else, these are problems, or issues, but not scandals. Sure, he needs to address some of them, and investigate some of them, but there is just nothing there that even approaches Watergate or Iran/Contra. The more the rightys chase phantoms, the sillier they look. People don't vote for silly; they are also less likely to believe them next time.

Right on Dee..  There are many people who could see through this gathering of Chicago thuggery and didn't like what he was likely to (and did) during his second term.
However, depending upon whose estimates we look at..up to 38% of those people who are politically savvy, stayed home on election day.  We didn't have to have Obama & Co.!! ..
Why did they stay home?  Who knows, lazy, pouting over the primaries, religious bias, nobody "perfect" enough.. I guess anybody not wanting to vote could find a myraid of excuses..
Let's at least correct that this midterm and next presidential election..... put some people in there who have the best interests of America at heart..

Why is it you think it is the minority that doesn't like Obama? If those that voted for Johnson had voted for Romney we would not have the idiots in the White house we have now. Not scandals? Righty's chase phantoms?? The disease of leftism has provided us with another lobotomy I see. Benghazi is far worse than Watergate. The IRS scandal is worse than Watergate. Iran Contra was an effort to keep Cuba from taking over central America, completely justified. Watergate was Nixon trying to cover for his friends.

"People don't vote for silly."  That was very evident when Minn. elected Al Franken, when NY elected Anthony Weiner and when the U.S. elected a Kenyan/Indonesian commune organizer.

The Death toll of watergate still makes my blood run cold!  ::)

Come on Libs! its ok, you can support your man. We would just have more respect for you and you would have more credibility if you just admit that barry and his regime are getting out of hand with the scandals and cover ups.

When it all came down it was sad that "tricky Dicky" authorized the watergate break in. He would have won handily with out that info. Same as barry with this IRS charlie foxtrot, and the benghazi cover up. It was simply bad politics like they use in chicago. only this time people died because of it!

Unfortunately for the right, each of them has only one vote. As far as Obama's staff, well, you know, the Rightys have blocked all his theoretical appointees so far, so he still has to make do with the low IQ staff that was left over from the previous administration.

.
What I'm getting from these whistleblower 'talks', is that it was the State Dept, Hillary, Barry, neolib-corpos, that wanted to proceed with the destruction of Lybia and killing of Gaddafi,,,(likely to access resources and get Lybia entwined in the World Bank debt scam, and steal $140 billion in bullion)... So against CIA advice and aid they gave the CIA's 'rebels' (al ciaduh) some advanced weapons (manpads-stinger type rockets, etc.). Then after Lybia was destroyed they had to round up all these dangerous weapons they spread around. So like two street gangs having an argument, Stevens and the State Dept alone was sent in to buy back these weapons and get them recycled in Syria. Probably a whole bunch of people in Lybia don't like Stevens.  When his entourage came under attack,,,the CIA guys a mile or so down the road, said not our problem, and so didn't ride in to bust up the deal gone wrong. Stevens and 3 guys were killed.
.
Then the politics started with Romney trying to capitalize, Hillary got a concussion and memory lapse and subsequently got replaced.  Barry got bad advice starting from a bad foreign policy in the first place.  That's my take. And yes,,,it is highly probable that the Bush Jr admin left 'timebombs' in the Dept of State, etc. that would detonate/screwup on cue.....they all do this. What a tangled web when one contrives to deceive....

I'm not sure it matters if he is involved in all the scandals or is just an incompetent executive officer that the fed agencies do not respect and do whatever they want and tell him nothing....I don't think either scenario is better than the other. Personally I think he is a liar because I heard him lie, but that's just how I feel. As a couple people already pointed out here we already reached the point of our government doing whatever they want with no consequences and nothing will stick to Obama, not because he's innocent, but because there are a lot of stupid people out there. Some people are so stupid they know he is the worst president ever, but they still feel the need to stick up for a political party or ideology they are glued to, they have to protect Obama no matter what...helluva position to be in I guess, but each to their own. Bottom line is he's in these scandals up to his eyebrows in most cases, but hey...he gave Holder permission to investigate Holder...so he's tryin real hard to get to the bottom of things  ;)

Everyone in America can now tell their children that they can really become the president of the United States of America if they want to, no special qualifications, education, or moral structure is involved, and you don't have to follow the Constitution, you are the law,  you just need money.

barry and sgt schultz of hogans heros have a lot in common: "I know nothing!".....................

holder said "I don't know" 63 times during his appearance before the investigation committee...

try telling that to the IRS/police during an audit/investigation...

what DOES this administration KNOW??? little to nothing, apparently.

being the POTUS is a TOUGH job...IMO...Obama is NOT competent and has proven it numerous times...he should be delegated to a position worthy of his skills and knowledge...a community organizer in chitown...whatever the dickens a "community organizer" is.
