Encore Pro Hunter availability.

I have read somewhere that the TC Encore Pro Hunter (including barrels) in 375 H&H and 416 Rigby are no more available, is it true?

The Pro Hunter is still in the catalog for 2013 and I saw a couple at a gun show a couple of months ago.  Not sure about the barrels in those calibers.  However, that does not mean they are "available".
