Chinese Hackers
« on: May 28, 2013, 02:46:52 PM »
Our friends, the Chinese, have compromised 20 of our top defense systems?
Looks like we might need the Hand of God soon, to bad we continue  to live outside
His Will.

Blessings

Maybe it isn't going to be the end of the world......just the end of the world as we know it.

So Bob do you think the Chinese are hacking GBO ? Or is that just fallout from all the other hackers ?

Going back to bed is a good option to have, being retired  I have noticed a tendency to do one or 2 things a day and be satisfied with my productivity.
I mean to allude to how as a nation we have become arrogant and believe in our own strength and not how
we depend on our loving Creator for each blessing He has given us.  If we need to be "brought low", as an example to the world I can see how
that would happen if our grid is compromised.
I see a great correlation in what is in the news and Biblical instruction to" watch therefore and wait" as scripture is fulfilled in our time.
By the way, the last page tells us His kingdom will come and His will is done.
Have a nice day
    Blessings

So they are doing the same spying we and others do , what's new ? Hey we know now we can fix it . The sky is not falling . Maybe they were allowed to comprise old hardware . Maybe they will need Buda soon.  ::)  Did any of you ever consider when the public finds out about a system it may already have been replaced ? Just saying .......

Sure, I have considered that, which leads me to the conclusion we may be up an unsanitary tributary without a paddle.
The average of high intelligence, average, etc. is about the same throughout the world, based on that alone
we come in behind.

That is true about the return, but none of us knows the date so trying as others have to fit it to our time makes little sense. If one trust in God it is of little importance anyway.

This is simply the nature of the beast.

If He didn't want us to "watch therefore and wait" He wouldn't have included it in His Holy scripture nor told us to do so that we may discern the signs of the times.
No one is assigning a date, I get that a lot though. For some reason when discussing eschatology someone will chime in with
"you're setting dates". Knowing Him as Savior is the start, knowing Him as Lord of your life is where He wants us.
Don't stop at first base when He hit it out of the park for us.
Jesus tells us  "greater works than these will they do because I go to the Father", hanging out settling for salvation
leaves us doing less than He would have us.

Shootall: thanks for your post, thank you all for your posts, I have the sense of being amongst kindred spirits and I appreciate that.
I guess it's like picking up the next in a series from your favorite author when observing His Scripture unfold before you as
He said it would and in the way He said it would..
The Chinese students I spoke with at the U had a firm connection with their home country, didn't "assimilate" as other nationalities it seemed, some of the men were horrible drivers, had to break them up from crowding up
around the licensing machine at the drivers license station reading answers to the applicant, not hard to see a correlation
between that and the lack of respect for our property rights.
    Enlightening to observe each chapter.
    Blessings.

I believe the future events noted in the Bible is to give us hope . We must always be ready not freely sin up until the last few day then repent.
I also feel if our enemy's did not probe us we would not keep getting better at protecting ourselves . By staying a step or two ahead we also stay ahead of their capabilities.

Thanks, yes that does indeed give hope that He indeed has the whole world in His hands.
Perhaps I have mentioned before that His kingdom will come and His Will is going to be done,
and He is giving us the opportunity to be His hands to His world.
Blessings to all

When you compare the school system and what they expect from the students in China vs here you can see why they are very good at cyber spying.

As far as this site is concerned I be more inclined to look at your own Govt as being the culprit.

Umm lemme think.............
That would be the one that had Fast& Furious, Benghazi, the IRS scandal and the violation of the 1st Amendment to the Press. Voting for Bills without reading them is small potatoes.

If everyone concerned can`t do a better job of protecting stuff.............. The Chinese must think it`s like taking candy from a baby.
As much money as we owe them, maybe this is how they collect the interest on their loan(s).

Human wave assaults used to be the norm, such as the  Korean war, and the China/Vietnam war. A saint from church was a POW who survived, he had gone out to save a wounded buddy when captured. I recall he always greeted every member of the
congregation every Sunday, used to say Hi buddy, how are you doing?  I know one third didn't come back and at his service we saw the New Testament that he had with him throughout.
I think it was Sun Tzu in The Art of War who stated, never fire the first shot until you have won the war. I also know
the Word of God states "the end will come as a flood".
I also know our God is not mocked, that we will reap what we sow.
