According to this morning's news, there is a movement to put Obama's face on Mt Rushmore; will it happen?

What has he done to deserve to be next to the other men on that monument? I even question Roosevelt and Lincoln being on that monument. They werent even half the men that the other 2 were.

I thought TR and Lincoln were pretty awesome.
the horses behind comment reminded me of a story a teacher told me years ago, seems
when Wendall Wilkie was running for prez, he saw a freight car with graffiti on the side that
went,"a horses tail is soft and silky, hold it up and you'll see Wilkie".

This came during his first term. There really wasnt enough room to put Obama up there unless
he would be very small.

Anna is correct, no room left..but then he is a very "small" man.. proven by the scandal after scandal which is going on..

If they were to put his face on Mt Rushmore, likely the other guys would do this..

Coincidently. My libby dem friends and I bought a piece of property in the Black Hills with this unique rock formation on it. Our goal is to create a monument honoring Bill Clinton. This is a pic of my buddy and I studying it. We're not quite sure of it's final form but we want to be sure that this sculpture will truly represents the Clinton legacy. We're open to suggestions.

The blacks voted for him BECAUSE he is black.

Maybe they can redo Lincoln. Obama did say he was his idol and the ears would fit in.
But hey, both of them studied Carl Marx and didn't care for the Contitution so go figure.
If they did do that then it wouldn't matter they are both about the same.
Read the memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant after he was elected to that office and see what he said
about his former commander and chief. Not too flattering to Mr.Lincoln and the direction he
wanted to take the country. But back then the writings of Marx were the buzz in Europe.

I'd go for some type of monument for Bama. Maybe his mug on the outhouse ?

That's a great idea! We could replace the half moon with a bust of Obama.
Fitting tribute for what this man is composed of. That way everytime you went to do that special
offering you could dedicate it to our great leader. Hey that's interactive 3D, even the smell
would be same and it might just attract flies and rats like he does.
