WHAT IS THIS REVOLVER?
« on: May 29, 2013, 08:29:27 AM »
My brother asked me to identify this revolver which belongs to his father-in-law. What brand? What model? And what likely caliber?

Maybe someone else can ID it from the photo but I can't really tell anything without a higher resolution picture.

The logo below the hammer is Taurus, and the caliber should be stamped on the barrel so you will have to just look there.  I want to say it looks right for an 85 in .38 Spl, but check the markings on the gun before trying to fire anything through it.
