20E caribou

I know its a little early, but would like to get some info on this reg. hunt up on the Taylor, I seen on the map there is a lot of trails up by chicken, so is it best to just get on a trail and go and glass here & there, Also looks like I will have time Sept 15 for 2 weeks. Has the season been open in the past at this time, so if anybody has done this hunt and is willing to pass on any info Thanks

I haven't hunted the area.  But I was prospecting that way when the season was open and people were riding 4-wheelers and a Toyota pickup back in chasing the bou around.  One couple at a new camping area I stayed at hiked across the river by the camp and up the over the hill.  I only say 2 caribou come out.  Sure there were more.
