We have the best neighbors - Surprise Gift

My wife came in the door the other night and said Bill is outside and he has something for you. I walked out and was speechless. Bill had gone out a purchased a new JD tractor/mower so he came over with his older craftsman Garden Tractor and asked if I could use my Kubota to rip out some stumps in his yard , and as payment he would like to give me this.
 
 I'm still speechless. My old mower was on its last legs, What an awesome gift. I told him it wasn't necessary I would gladly take stumps out for nothing for him. But he insisted I should have the GT as payment. 

 FYI he loves his new Deere with Lumbar support and all the bells and whistles.

Wow, nice.  Looks like you can use it year around.....and if you live in a part of the country that i do you could blow now one day, mow a few days later and then blow some more snow.

Is that tank on the back for weight? did a mower deck come with it?
 
Nice neighbor! I love my  Kubota tractor, bought a fork lift for it last week wish I had done it 5 years ago.

Yes the tank is counterweight for when Snow blower is attached.
Yes belly Mower deck came with it. I have since removed the snow blower for summer and attached the mower.
I have been able to only use mower once so far. Rain Rain go away!!! The cut was excellent with mulching blades.   

I don't think we would trade our 'Bota for anything. We use the FEL all week long. And the backhoe at least 8-10 times a year.
2 years ago I finished a road through woods circling the goat pasture. The smaller backhoe did great even on the bigger jobs. The trick was pace myself and take small bites at a time on the bigger stuff like removing the very large stumps.
