« on: February 23, 2004, 02:56:57 PM »
I am interested in replacing my synthetic stock on my Encore 7m-08 rifle.  I really dont want to spend over 150.00.  Any ideas out there?

LongWinters
EABCO.com had a sale recently for laminated Encore stocks for $99--I am not sure if the sale is still on??? That is a great price for a Boyd's laminate. Check it out. Check Ebay also.

Good luck

If you want to finish it yourself, gunstocksinc.com.  I just bought a walnut stock there.  $40 for the stock and $25 for the forend.

I bought an encore 50x209 that came with an unfinished walnut stock and forearm, I'd take $50+shipping for both.

Thanks for the offer Paladin, but this is for a 7m-08 barrel which takes a different stock  than the muzzleloader.

I think all the stocks are the same. It is the Forearm that is different on the Muzzleloader and rifle barrel. You may want to contact Paladin and find out just what he has.   :D
