Eagle Arms Companion

Anyone have any info on an Italian made Eagle Arms Companion, 12 ga folding model single shot 30 in ventalated rib barrel.

I assume this is a hammerless model where the barrel folds back underneath the stock?
 
If so, it was imported under various names back in the 60's/70's.  Galef Companion was one name I recall.
It was originally made by Beretta.  I don't know if Beretta made all of them for the various importers or if other makers copied the design.
