CW, I could say I hear you....but I can't hear you...Huh ??? ???   Seriously, I grew up shooting during the time of this 1956 magazine which George generously emailed me.  It's a great read, but you'll notice in all the articles, nobody is wearing any kind of hearing protection...not even the competitors.  Oh, I forgot to mention, I ordered two dozen of those Springfields for 49.95 ::) ::) ::)    If anyone wants one, I'll bargain basement price it at 900 bucks. :o :o :o :o :o

Brian, I'm too poor to afford a Native Gun Bearer......I think I'll stick with my Shorty Handis, and Superlights and let the H&H Double Rifles and Buffalo Classics go :o   My days of lugging more than seven pounds around the woods are happily finished.  Two friends are coming over Saturday to look at the Traditional Muzzleloaders we want to sell. We can't be bothered any more with the weight, the length and the mess and the cleanup.  I can't use open sights anymore, and I'll be damned if I'll scope them.

I'm already old and cranky.  My greatest problem is my brain is 21.  It keeps telling my 73 year old body " Go do this."  "Go do that".  My body turns around and say's something very rude to the brain. (you need to imagine what that might be).
