I have 410 with 28in full choke barrel 3 in chamber the serial no starts with al it lists it as made in 1973 but it doesn't have any other markings just where it was made how strong of frame does it have

Likely a cast iron frame - SB1 strength.

Yuppers.
Technically stronger then SB1 but not a SB2... Best if treated like a SB1 so shotgun, rim fire (Versa barrel) or under 40K pressure rounds.
