Do you believe that truth can be found in an ungarded moment?
« on: February 06, 2014, 01:00:25 PM »
  Look at this speech by Michelle to the "gay" community..  If you don't want to watch the whole video, at least watch her speech at the 35 to 45 seconds point..

Does this not make Moochele at the bare minimum, a "truther"?

Can anyone name one person who was born in the United States of America as an American citizen and who remains a citizen of the U.S.A., who calls some country other than the United States their home country?  The answer is no!  Is there a spouse who would refer to their American born spouse as having a home country other than the U.S.A.?  Again the answer is no!  We know the Obamas are shameless liars--especially Hussein, but sometimes the truth slips out.

The video is over a year old. Wonder why such damning evidence hasn't been jumped on by Sherriff Joe, Trump, the Republican party, the tea party, Sarah, or the FBI? Why hasn't the impeachment process begun?
Finally after six years we have something concrete and no one is doing anything about it. Why?
Even FOX has ignored it. Are they on the take?

With governments size and power crimes and corruption are much easily covered up. Look at Fast and Furious, or Bengahzi. Things are just swept under the carpet, money is handed out for silence, or even threats. Its the way corruption works, especially when an organization as big and powerful as our Federal government is.
Its also a tremendous help when over half the voters deny the corruption, because they themselves vote for it, nor do they even care. Just as long as government continues handing out goodies, anything goes. If people can't see the criminal activity by this administration, then they aren't looking.

When a nation is governed by immoral leaders who put their own immediate needs or "pleasure seeking" as top priority, in the place of the moral governing of nation and the nation follows, then you will see an undoing of the nation.  It all starts from the top down and this started under Bill Clinton.  In the Clinton Administration, we saw a rejection of common decency and morals in the Presidency.  Today, we can still see Mr. Clinton still caught up in his scandals. The good thing is there is still a backlash of many or nonacceptance of this immoral "if it feels good, do it" mentality.  The question remains how long will Americans keep buy into this morally depraved leadership and keep electing leaders who enjoy guiding the nation astray?

Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

  Is this an excellent example of what psychiatrists call a "Freudian slip" as explained by Sigmund Freud ?  A Freudian slip is where the truth emerges in an unguarded moment, in spite of the efforts by the speaker to suppress that same truth.
  Here, from the Free Dictionary:
  ````````````````````````````````````````
   Freudian slip
A verbal mistake that is thought to reveal a repressed belief, thought, or emotion.
Don't know about it working from the top down. In the case of our immoral corrupt leaders, they had those characteristics when voters elected them into power. How can we expect a candidate that doesn't have decency, and is immoral to gain those attributes after we the people elect them? We have to first elect those with good character, then a change will take place. We can't elect satan then complain about how he governs.
  Our politicians are a direct reflection of our society, and I don't for see any change in the kind of people that this nation elects. The hearts of the voters will have to be changed first. We have for to long looked toward Godless men, with mans ideas and mans ways to fix our problems. The only way any of our problems will ever get fixed is a Godly nation electing Godly men using Gods guidelines written in the Holy Bible. A corrupt immoral people, will always elect corrupt immoral leaders.
 Ironglow,
With a background in Psychology I can say that I agree with you that this could be the case.  A 'Freudian slip', while it might not be a 100% guarantee, can be a fairly good barometer of what is going on in a person's psyche if it seems repetitive enough.  Another rule of thumb I sometimes employ, and was verbalized so well in the great western Open Range, is what Charley Waite tells Boss.  "A man will tell you his bad intentions if you listen."
Many people today do not want to take the time to listen.
"I'm not someone to be as good as.  I'm someone to be better than."
