G2 Research: Radically Invasive Projectile

Look at this and tell me what you think: http://youtu.be/mJGH7cDFw7c
it's call the  G2 Research: Radically Invasive Projectile (R.I.P) and they say it  redefines State of The Art in personal defense ammunition. to me this look like something that will get you lock up if you use it(like useing your Class 3 weapon).

Doubt it will be a problem for a while.  Can't even find normal ammo.

when i go vampire/werewolf  hunting i will get some for my   springfield 1911A4 spellcaster gun  ;D ;)  But being real now would over penetration be a problem with that ammo in a street/home shoot out? in the video they shot a cinder block and it blowed it up.
