Ok if you don't mind were is the best water to catch Yellow Perch south of the border. Would like decent size and liberal limits. Was going to do the Perch express train trip to Devils lake and try thru the ice but they have canceled any future trips because AMTRAK is skipping their station due to freight traffic on the rail line that goes thru there....Looking for a second or third option, summer or winter as this is in the planning stage as of now after the train mess.
