T/C new eglander
« on: February 13, 2014, 03:14:41 PM »
I just acquired a nice new englander 54 caliber.  I actually purchased it for 100 bucks for the stock for my 12 gauge barrel.  However the barrel is is such nice shape, I plan to keep it and use it.  Anyway It had a williams sight on the rear and the partridge one for the front site. The only part of the site left was just the base.  I was thinking of a tang receiver site, but since the stock will be used for my 50 and 54 caliber barrrels, it will not work, and they are impossible to find.  So, I was wondering if Williams a receiver site I could put on the barrel where the old site was?  If so does anyone know the part number?  Thank you in advance.  I will get one for my 50 and 54 barrels.

Bubba,
Describe it again. I might have one just sitting on the shelf. If it fits, its yours.

if you have the base of the original sight the top 1/2 of a renegade sight will work.

Stuart.  I was looking for the part number for the receiver site from Williams that goes on the barrel where the orginal site was.  I do no tsee well with the open sites anymore and a receiver makes my life better.  The site is a williams wgrs.
