The one pictured is a fake.  I collect Dutch cannons (among others) and have done so for about 30 years.  I have "the" book on Dutch cannons, THE VISSER COLLECTION, V.2, and I have a lot of experience at detecting fake and fantasy antique items.

There are many parts of your cannon that could each qualify it as a fake.  Its shape and size are not typical of any Dutch cannon I've ever seen.  The most obvious clue is the cascabel, which is hugely out of proportion.  The muzzle isn't the correct shape, and on and on.  Fake.  I hope  if you purchased it you can get your money back.  Above all, don't try and shoot it, we have no idea what's inside the usually-thin brass jacket, probably a pipe bore and plaster filler.

Here's the sales pitch accompanying photos that look just like the ones already posted.  Maybe you can tell some things about the seller from his writeup, I don't know:

"Dutch Small Bronze Cannon

I am not sure what the age of this nice cannon.
But this is a well kept piece, heavy and solid.

This cannon very nice.You can see light in firing holl. (from barrel). It is high level of art. Canon got the lovely and solid patina shades. It is really solid and nice patina.

Dimension:
Length: 48 cm / 19.0 inches;
Diameter (middle point): 5 cm / 1.85 inches;
Bore diameter: 2.5 cm / 1 inch;

In past cannon usually used for defense and in battle; Show Royal Occasion; Used as Money; and for other purposes. In modern - current time different type of cannon used for collection or great peace of decoration.

You can make or buy for it carriage it will cost for you from the 200-400 dollars for this type of cannon.
Any way for this type of cannon usually used yoke on stand (type of U - swivel on stand). But on typical naval carriage it will produce a great impression."
