The one pictured is a fake. I collect Dutch cannons (among others) and have done so for about 30 years. I have "the" book on Dutch cannons, THE VISSER COLLECTION, V.2, and I have a lot of experience at detecting fake and fantasy antique items.
There are many parts of your cannon that could each qualify it as a fake. Its shape and size are not typical of any Dutch cannon I've ever seen. The most obvious clue is the cascabel, which is hugely out of proportion. The muzzle isn't the correct shape, and on and on. Fake. I hope if you purchased it you can get your money back. Above all, don't try and shoot it, we have no idea what's inside the usually-thin brass jacket, probably a pipe bore and plaster filler.
