Well I'll be darned. How did they manage to get rid of the Hells Angels and a few other all white or mostly white motorcycle gangs that are known to kind of like the LA area?

I guess I  should have written my post in ebonics or jive so it would have been less confusing.  Sorry.

Hells Angles is a "motorcycle gang."  It is not a criminal street gang.

They are both criminal gangs and they do use their bikes on the street so I would call them a street gang. Sorry, I don't accept your dancing around the issue.

It appears that both Whittacre and Guzzi are using the same tactics.. that of stirring the pot!

  As far as the article concerning Berkeley high school wanting to drop science labs, there is an easy answer to that!  There should be vouchers given to each student whereby they can attend whatever school serves them best.  Competition improves everything..cars, guns, washing machines and yes, even schools.
  Anybody who is against allowing the students & their parents to choose which school best fits their needs, is definitely NOT putting the students first!
