There is a guy selling "ruger #1 barreld actions" of various calibers and models on auction arms and I was wondering, where does he get all these actions without stocks and why does he have 'em? anyone care to speculate?
Also, I wonder what a custom stock would cost to drop one of these things into to make a usefull rifle?

lubbockdave - He probably gets them from Brownells or Ruger. Brownell's sells the barreled actions for most of the Ruger rifles. I built a No.1B in .300WM from a barreled action my gunsmith ordered from Ruger for me. That's my guess! CEJ..  :D
If I can't take my rifles with me, I don't want to go!
