I had an issue with one of my Springfield's, I really can't recall which one. I called them up and within 5 minutes, likely less I had an e-mail with a shipping label. I Had a proper box on hand so boxed it up, put the label on and within a couple hours the truck showed up to pick it up and return it to them.
I had it back in my hands repaired in about a week's time. No charge for anything.
Even Ruger doesn't do better.
