we had a ham and turkey this year because we had quite a few over for dinner. Allways used the left over ham for scalloped potatoes but tried a new thing with some of it. I cubed about 1 1/2 lbs and then fried 14 eggs till they were just setting up. Tossed in the ham and about a cup and a 1/2 of left over stuffing. Then used crescent rolls rolled out to make a bottom crust and sprayed pam in a casserole pan. Poured in the egg mixture, added about a cup and a 1/2 of cheddar cheese and topped with another roll of crescent rolls and baked till the top rolls were nice and brown. I do this all the time with sausage or bacon or both but never tried it with ham or with stuffing. It was pretty darned good
