That was what needed managing and rather than manage in a godly way it was shut down, that isn't the way to walk out His plan when we claim we are His with every thought, word, and deed as He requires of each of us.
We lost Charlie, one of the better contributors, ( rational, emotionally stable) contributors there, and a brother in Christ. If we don't want the work of our hands blessed by Him, which He desires, He won't force His blessing on our work.
