posted a year ago or so that I haven't had a cold or flu in over 20 years. Well the snot is running. Spent the whole night on the couch coughing and hacking and blowing my nose! Had another epileptic seizure about 2 weeks ago and wonder if it didn't drag my system down. I know I felt like I got beat up by 10 defensive lineman for about a week and a half. No fever yet and don't feel terrible so im guessing its just a cold.

 Spoke with a elementary teacher a few weeks ago who highly recommends elderberry, we can certainly grow a bunch of our own as well.
