  There is talk that Susan Rice is likely to be Joe's VP running mate.  Of course, we all remember how , as national security adviser, she claimed that traitor Bowe Bergdahl served "with honor and distinction !

Is she the same Rice who served under the Bush administration? Going by a differant name.
Bush had Condoleeza, but they look the same.
