Happens a lot around here and
outside of the towns.  A lot of
the yuppies that move out to the
" country " rave about seeing the
bobcats and hearing coyotes howling
at night,  but get sick when lil'
poopsie gets dragged away squalling
and crying and then gets chewed
to rags. 
Happened several times here.
Nature is a cruel b*tch. It's just that way

We here in my neighborhood need more Bobcat, gray foxes, and coyotes in here at night.
There are plenty of cats being let out at night.

Driving and working through the early morning hours, i am well aware that people have no idea how often they are visited by skunks.  As I drove through the various villages, I could see skunks all over the place.

Yeah, I've caught skunks in my lives traps I set for cats. I load'em up, take'm to the country, and turn'em loose.

  Good move, but be careful, they are major carriers of rabies, but I expect you know that already .
