He tries to say the police will be right there the moment one calls! That is hardly the case, especially in the cities that are now on fire, Surely that fellow who got beaten in Portland the other night, didn't get any police help. Naturally, there is likely going to be far less police assistance, once those cities defund the police !
This is of course, not a problem with the rank & file police, but more a problem of the politicians and in some few cases, the leadership of certain police departments.
